The other side says they paid, but nothing arrived
Don't confirm until the money is in your account. Bank transfers can take time; if the deadline passes, the deal goes on hold for review.

First, check calmly
- Look at your own bank account, not a screenshot. Some transfers (wires, international payments) take hours or a business day.
- Compare the amount with the deal. If only part arrived, confirm only what arrived; the rest stays to be paid.
Don't confirm what you can't see
Confirming tells the system the money is yours and unlocks your own payment. A receipt image can be edited or a transfer reversed later.
If the deadline passes
The deal moves to on hold, under review and our team opens a case. You'll see what is paused and what to do next. You can also ask for help from Support in your panel and attach what you have.
