Staying safe: scams to watch for
Keep deals on JBEX, confirm payments in your own bank, and never share codes or passwords.

Warning signs
- Someone asks to continue on WhatsApp, Telegram or another app, or to pay "outside" the deal.
- A screenshot is sent instead of money, with pressure to confirm quickly.
- A request to pay to an account other than the one in the deal, or to a third person.
- Anyone, even someone claiming to be JBEX staff, asks for your password, sign-in code or authenticator key. JBEX staff never ask for these.
Habits that protect you
- Confirm a payment only when you see it in your own bank account.
- Keep messages in the deal's chat; they are part of the record if something goes wrong.
- Turn on two-step verification.
- Check the counterparty's profile before you trade.
If something feels wrong
Stop, don't confirm, and contact support from your panel. Tell support if a trader asked you to move off JBEX.
