How it works

Four steps to a direct exchange

Each side pays the other straight from their own bank, and the receiver confirms the money arrived.

Step 1 of 4

Post your order

Say what you give and what you want, your rate range, who pays first and the payment window. Your terms are fixed; bidders accept them as they are.

Trust, not custody

What JBEX does, and what it never will

The line is simple: we connect people and keep the record. The money is always yours, in your own account.

JBEX does

  • Match buy and sell orders
  • Verify identity before anyone can trade
  • Keep a record of every deal, message and receipt
  • Review disputes and restrict accounts that don't pay

JBEX never

  • Holds, escrows or transfers your money
  • Guarantees that a trader will pay
  • Reverses a transfer or reimburses losses
  • Treats a vouch as proof that someone is safe

Know who you’re dealing with

Verified identity

Every trader passes identity verification before they can post or bid. It confirms who someone is, not that a payment is safe.

Fair competition

Bids stay hidden from each other, so every bidder offers their real best rate and you pick the winner.

Your network

See who you’ve traded with and who vouches for whom.

An honest track record

Completion figures always show how many trades they rest on; newcomers are marked as new.

Confirmed, not claimed

A receipt only claims a payment was sent. It counts as received when the receiver confirms it.

Dispute desk

If money doesn’t arrive, open a case. Our team reviews the record and can restrict accounts.
