Creating an account and verifying your identity
Sign up with your email, confirm it with a code, then verify your identity before you publish orders or bid.

- Sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google.
- Enter the 6-digit code we email you. It expires after 15 minutes; you can ask for a new one.
- Accept the current terms and policies.
Verify your identity
You can browse the market straight away, but you need a verified identity to publish an order, bid or accept a bid. Open Verification in your panel to see what is needed: a government photo ID and a short live selfie. Most reviews finish within a day, and we email you either way.
Verification shows other traders that you are who you say you are. It is not a guarantee that a payment will arrive: always confirm a payment in your own bank account before you mark it received.
Protect the account
Turn on two-step verification in Profile & settings → Security.
